Nazeem Bano was on her duty of collecting information for economic census, when she was allegedly manhandled by a mob, who mistook her for a CAA, NRC surveyor. Bano on Wednesday was on her job, when a mob of people approached her, snatched her phone, and deleted apps containing data of over 10,000 houses. 50 fall ill after eating food from a container with a dead snake in Odisha
Around 50 people, mostly women and children among them were taken ill after they consumed food from a container that had a dead snake in it in Odisha’s coastal Kendrapara district. The incident happened during a community feast at Maa Shankatatarini temple in Chandan Nagar, Deuli village under Pattamundai block of Kendrapara district where 30 families were having their meal. The co-owner of Atlas Cycles, Natasha Kapur and wife of Sanjay Kapur committed suicide at her Aurangzeb Lane residence in Lutyens’ Delhi on Tuesday. She left a suicide note before committing suicide. In her suicide letter, Natasha Kapur said that she did something that “should not have been done” and she was ashamed.
