Hyundai has launched the 2022 Hyundai Venue in India. The new Hyundai Venue takes on the likes of the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Renault Kiger and the Nissan Magnite amongst others. Here are all the details.
The new Hyundai Venue then gets a midlife facelift and a lot has changed as compared to the outgoing model. The new Hyundai Venue will take on the likes of the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Renault Kiger and the Nissan Magnite and even the soon-to-be-launched Citroen C3.
2022 Hyundai Venue: Exterior design
Based on Hyundai’s Global Design Language of ‘Sensuous Sportiness’, the new Hyundai Venue gets a dark chrome front grille with a unique design, while the body-coloured bumpers and front skid plate design enhance the sporty quotient of the SUV. Bold character lines lend the hood a prominent yet dynamic appearance and the innovatively designed LED projector Headlamps with LED DRL and positioning lamps retain the distinctive charm of the new Hyundai Venue. In profile, the new Venue gets bridge-type roof rails, while the dual-tone finish enhances the overall appeal. Chrome finish door Handles and R16 Diamond Cut Alloys add to the sporty look of the new Hyundai Venue. 2022 Hyundai Venue: Interior design
The new Hyundai Venue now comes with redesigned seats which thanks to its design offer more space for rear passengers. The rear seat back also offers a two-step recline function that offers customers a choice of their preferred seating posture. The new Hyundai Venue also features a rear centre armrest with cup holders and 60:40 split rear seat Other first-in-segment features include an electrically adjustable driver’s seat with four-way and auto-fold ORVMs with puddle lamps. The 8in infotainment system has also been upgraded and the Bluelink tech now offers 60+ connected features.
The new Hyundai Venue comes with a choice of multiple engine and transmission options. Customer can choose from a choice of three engines Kappa 1.2 MPi Petrol, Kappa 1.0 Turbo GDi Petrol and the U2 1.5 CRDi diesel.

2022 Hyundai Venue: Colour options
Hyundai will offer the new Hyundai Venue with seven colour 0ptions which include Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Denim Blue, Titan Grey and Fiery Red. The dual tone option includes Fiery Red with Black Roof option.
2022 Hyundai Venue variants and pricing
The Kappa 1.2 l MPi petrol line-up will be offered in four variants, starting with E variant comes at a price of Rs 7.53 lakh. The Kappa 1.2 MPi petrol S variant with 5MT is priced at Rs 8.70 lakh. The S(O) variant is priced at Rs 9.50 lakh. The top variant of the Kappa 1.2 MPI petrol line-up is the SX trim and is priced at Rs 10.69 lakh.
The 1.0 litre Turbo GDi petrol line-up starts with the S(O) iMT variant and comes in at Rs. 9.99 lakh. The DCT option in S(O) is priced at Rs 10.96 lakh. The top-of-the-line SX(O) iMT is priced at Rs 11.92 lakh and the DCT version comes at Rs 12.57 lakh
The diesel range starts at Rs 9.99 lakh for the MT variant. The diesel SX manual is available at a price of Rs 11.42 lakh and the top of the line SX(O) diesel is priced at Rs 12.32 lakh. All prices ex-showroom.
Dual tone exterior colour option is available at an additional Rs 15,000.
