Former West Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh is going to get married. BJP leader Dilip Ghosh is going to tie the knot today i.e. on Friday at his Kolkata residence.
Now the question is who is Dilip Ghosh going to marry, who is that bride? Actually, the name of the person Dilip Ghosh is going to marry is Rinku Majumdar.
Interestingly, Rinku Majumdar is also an active member of BJP. If media reports are to be believed, Rinku herself has proposed marriage.

Rinku is associated with the BJP Mahila Morcha. People close to Dilip Ghosh claim that he is getting married at the behest of his mother. Sources associated with the BJP say that Dilip Ghosh first met Rinku Majumdar when he was the state BJP president and she was active in the women’s wing of the party.
Dilip Ghosh’s first marriage
This will be the first marriage for 60-year-old Dilip Ghosh. Dilip Ghosh joined the RSS i.e. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in 1984. In 2014, he became active in the BJP. If sources are to be believed, a simple ceremony is likely to be held at Dilip Ghosh’s residence in New Town today i.e. Friday. Later a big ceremony will be organized in his hometown Kharagpur.
Who is Dilip Ghosh
In 2019, when the BJP was at its best in Bengal, Dilip Ghosh was the state BJP chief. At that time the party had won 18 out of 42 Lok Sabha seats in the state.
That year Dilip Ghosh also won the Midnapore Lok Sabha seat for his party but in 2024 he was made to contest from the Bardhaman-Durgapur seat, where he faced defeat. Senior BJP leaders say that Ghosh is again in the race to become the state president of the party.
