The Congress on Thursday alleged that the party’s official Twitter account as well as that of a large number of its leaders and workers have been blocked by the microblogging site. RBI to impose fine on banks whose ATMs run out of cash from October 1st

In a big relief for the common citizens, the Reserve Bank of India has decided to charge penalties on banks for non-availability of cash in ATMs. The RBI has launched the ‘Scheme of Penalty for non-replenishment of ATMs’, which will come into effect in October. Under the scheme, a penalty of Rs 10,000 per ATM will be levied if they are out of cash for more than 10 hours per month. UK comes up with £4m fund to support projects trialling running fibre optic broadband cables through water pipes

The UK government has come up with a £4m fund to support projects trialling running fibre optic broadband cables through water pipes in order to connect hard-to-reach homes without digging up roads.   The fund will be used to test out monitors in pipes that can help water companies identify and repair leaks more quickly.
