Based on the survey, the company has also decided to launch a holistic talent development programme which will include induction training and equal opportunity to complete certification for the women workforce. This management programme is also being put in place to ensure that women stay with the company for a long period of time while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In this respect, the company also ensures that there is equal pay for men & women.
