Huawei India has organized a special yoga session with renowned Yoga expert, Dr. Dilip Tiwari for its employees to commemorate International Yoga Day 2017.
The employees were encouraged to observe Yoga Hour and participate in practical Yoga sessions where the instructor taught basic Yoga asanas and also shared tips to overcome stress and stay focused at work. Dr. Tiwari specializes in Yoga Techniques such as self-management of excessive tension, Pranic energizing techniques and nature cure therapy.

During the Yoga Hour, the employees practiced corporate yoga techniques and asanas such as Surya Namaskar, Balasana, Garudasana and Shavasana that can be easily practiced in a corporate set-up. The session also covered stretching techniques and desk asanas such as Desk Chaturanga, Sit and Stand Chair Pose.
