India has a new beauty queen to cheer for! Manika Vishwakarma, a 22-year-old from Rajasthan, has been crowned Miss Universe India 2025. She will now represent the country at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant, scheduled to be held in Bangkok, Thailand, this November.

The grand finale, held in Mumbai on Sunday night, saw contestants from across India compete in multiple rounds, judged not only on appearance but also on intelligence, confidence, and advocacy for social causes. Manika stood out with her eloquence, charm, and her powerful vision for women’s empowerment.
Currently based in Delhi, Manika is a final-year student of Political Science and Economics. She first came into the spotlight after winning Miss Universe Rajasthan 2024 and has since actively engaged in community service, particularly initiatives focused on skill development for rural women.
Describing her win as a “dream come true”, Manika said, “This crown is not just mine; it represents every young woman who dares to dream beyond limitations. I want to use this platform to highlight education and equal opportunities for girls across India.”
