Over 2.20 Crore connections have been given in the first year of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) scheme to BPL families says Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural gas, Dharmendra Pradhan. Pradhan said that the PMUY has surpassed the targets for FY2016-17 in terms of installing new connections.
