Vodafone with MeraPatient App drives awareness on healthcare

Vodafone India has commemorated the 70th World Health Day by setting up basic healthcare examination facility at selected Vodafone stores for customers of Jaipur. Over 200 customers across Jaipur underwent basic medical tests related to Blood, Cardiac and Liver Health.

 

To digitally empower customers, Vodafone had roped in city based healthcare App, MeraPatient for this initiative. The Health awareness initiative was organized on the occasion of World Health Day and will continue on 9th April at select stores of the pink city viz Gaurav Tower, Raja Park, Chaura Rasta, Ajmer Road, Vidhyadhar Nagar & Tonk Road.

 

Speaking on the Initiative, Amit Bedi, Business Head – Rajasthan, Vodafone India said, “Vodafone follows best practices to delight its customers. We care for the Health, Safety and Well-Being of all stakeholders. As technology drives the changing customer behavior and expectations, we at Vodafone have driven our digital transformation initiatives hard by associating with Jaipur Based MeraPatient App which facilitates customers to access their medical reports on App only, hence contributing to our evolved Happy to help philosophy for the 2018 Digital Customer. The medical tests will help our valued customers to evaluate their overall health levels and make the required lifestyle changes to build upon their strengths and address any concern areas.”

 

The core objective of Vodafone behind of organizing Healthcare camp is to support the theme of Universal health for all by associating with City based MeraPatient App which is an aggregator platform for chemists and diagnostics centre founded by Manish Mehta, where users can get best prices for their medicines and tests after uploading their prescription. It also has a unique Panic Button feature which help user to overcome panic situation during Emergency by sending alert to the near & dear ones.
