As devotees visiting Garh Ganga parked their vehicles on the roadside, a major traffic jam was logged on the Delhi-Lucknow national highway-9 on Monday morning.
Due to vehicles parked on the roadside near Garh Ganga, a 10-km long traffic jam was logged on the Delhi-Lucknow NH9 on Monday morning.
The devotees have reached Garh Ganga to take a holy bath on the occasion of Somvati Amavasya on Monday.
Despite the route diversion of heavy vehicles, there was a jam on the national highway. The commuters, including the devotees, were stuck in the jam for hours.
The police administration failed to manage the jam because of which the commuters had to face inconvenience.
ne of the devotees told India Today, “If you want to go from Delhi to Lucknow today, then you may get stuck in a jam for hours due to the huge crowd of devotees taking baths in Garh Ganga, near Amroha.
