Ariha Shah, the Indian baby in Germany’s foster care for the last 20 months: German Ambassador Summoned By MEA

India summoned the German ambassador and sought the early return of Ariha Shah, a two-year-old Indian girl who has been in foster care in Berlin for more than 20 months.  According to the media, Ariha was taken to a hospital in Germany by her parents after she was accidentally hurt by her grandparent.  Suspecting it to be a case of sexual assault, the German authorities took away the baby from her parents on 23 September 2021 when she was just seven months old.  The parents of Ariha hail from Mumbai. …

Rise in food inflation requires cautious approach by govt, RBI: Finance Ministry

Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft was successfully launched onboard LVM-3 on 14th July, 2023 at 14:35 hrs from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, SHAR. The spacecraft is currently undergoing a series of orbit maneuvers with the objective of reaching the moon’s orbit and has two phases namely Earth Bound Phase and Lunar Bound Phase.
