Navdeep Kaur, who was crowned Mrs India World 2021 and represented India at the Mrs World 2021 event, won the Costume Round. The round required the participants to showcase the essence of their home country through their outfit and Navdeep emerged as the winner.
The beauty queen wore a stunning gold Avant Garde outfit inspired by the Kundalini Chakra. The ensemble consisted of a huge serpent head, a cane and eye-catching thigh-high boots. The whole look was designed by Eggie Jasmin.
According to the caption of the Instagram post shared by Mrs India Inc, the collection symbolises the movement of energy in chakras of the body from the base to the spine up through the crown.
The pageant was held on January 15th, 2022 in Las Vegas, which saw Kate Galligan Schneider being crowned Mrs World 2021.
Brought up in Odisha, Navdeep pursued computer science engineering and holds a Masters in business administration, said reports. She had worked as an assistant manager in a bank and an assistant professor. She has been married for seven years and is a mother.
