AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, while launching Make India No 1 mission, said the nation needs to invest in building schools for development.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday launched the ‘Make India No 1’ mission and said the nation needs to invest in building schools in every corner of the country. He urged the BJP, the Congress, and other political parties to join and support him in the initiative.

He said the main focus of this mission would be education, healthcare and agriculture. Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal also asked the BJP, the Congress and other political parties to join in to make India the number one country.

He said: “A total of 130 crore Indians have to be connected through this mission. It has been 75 years of Independence. We have achieved a lot, but people are angry. There is a perception that in all these years, many smaller countries have gone ahead of us after becoming independent.”

“We have to arrange good and free education for 27 crore children. We cannot say that schools cannot be opened in mountains or tribal areas. No matter how much you need to spend, you will have to do it. A single child can make a family go from poor to rich. Then the name of India will be included in the list of rich countries,” Kejriwal said.

The second aspect that we need to work on is good and free treatment. The third aspect that we need to work on is our youth strength. Youth power is our greatest strength. Today, the youth are unemployed. We must arrange employment for the youth,” he said.
