Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust shared photos of garbha gruha or the sanctum sanctorum of Ayodhya’s Ram Temple.
The construction of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya is in full swing. Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra on Friday, August 26, shared pictures of the proposed ‘garbha gruha’ (sanctum sanctorum) of the Ram Temple on Twitter.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath laid the foundation stone for the construction of the sanctum sanctorum of the temple in June.
According to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust the sanctum sanctorum is expected to be completed by December 2023.
Work on the Ram Temple in Ayodhya began after Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed the bhoomi pujan on August 5, 2020 and laid the foundation stone of the temple. The temple is being constructed over five acres of land. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is supervising the temple construction.
