The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, which was closed for traffic movement around 2:15pm on Sunday, has now opened after the Supertech Twin Towers in Noida’s Sector 93-A were demolished, said traffic officials.
The expressway was closed for about half an hour on account of the demolition of the Supertech group‘s twin towers, which were razed to the ground sharp at 2:30pm.
Earlier in the day, deputy commissioner of police, Noida Central, Rajesh S had said the expressway would be opened soon after the dust from the demolition settles down.
