Delhi Airport Roof Collapse: Aviation Minister Labels Incident as “Very Serious”

In a tragic incident at Delhi Airport this morning, the collapse of a roof structure resulted in the death of one person and injuries to six others. Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu has labeled the incident as “very serious” and assured that the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) will conduct a thorough investigation.

When questioned by reporters about the apparent rust on some of the beams, Mr. Naidu emphasized the need for a detailed investigation. “It is too early to comment on it. We have told the airport administration to check. The ministry and the DGCA will also investigate separately,” he said.
