As part of its Diamond Jubilee Celebrations, to share the best practices for achieving further excellence in the industry, NLC has organized a National Seminar on “Best practices in Financial Management” at Neyveli on 20th and 21st January 2017 at Learning & Development Centre, Neyveli.
Shri Susheel Kumar, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Coal, inaugurated the seminar by lighting the traditional lamp in the presence of Shri S. Jayaraman, former Member, CERC & former CMD, NLC India Limited, Dr S.K Acharya CMD, NLCIL & Functional Directors of NLCIL at Learning & Development Centre, Neyveli, on 20.01.2017.To mark the occasion an e-seminar broacher was released by Shri Susheel Kumar and first copy was received by Dr. Acharya.
Shri Piyush Goyal, Minister of State (IC) for Power, Coal, New & Renewable Energy and Mines, in his message, appreciated NLCIL management for organizing the seminar which will serve as a platform for sharing and stimulating innovative ideas and suggestions on enhancing efficiency of an organization and thereby build a strong foundation for growth.
