Amid the Twitter spat with Arvind Kejriwal, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday introduced a plan to spend Rs 10,000 crore to make the state’s excessive faculties look higher and enhance infrastructure.

“For the development of our excessive faculties, we are going to spend Rs 10,000 crore so that every high school appears to be higher than the convent schools, and we are able to enhance infrastructure. That is how we are attempting to deliver a brand new circulate of growth to the whole state,” Sarma said in Udalguri district.
