The Bharatiya Janata Party has strongly condemned the abusive language used by Telangana CM KCR against PM Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.

Addressing a press congress on Tuesday, February 1, Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) mocked PM Modi and said, “When the election was in Bengal he grew a beard like Tagore, goes to Tamil Nadu, drapes Lungi, Punjab election-wear Pagadi, Manipur Uttarakhand using a local cap for election. What is this?’’

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has reacted sharply to KCR and ‘strongly condemned’ the ‘abusive’ language used against the Prime Minister and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.

“His frustration warrants a shock therapy which the people of Telangana are all set to administer him soon. He is behaving insanely. His frustration has reached a peak, he even insulted Dr BR Ambedkar, the architect of our constitution,’’ said Telangana BJP chief and MP Bandi Sanjay.

The BJP also fumed over KCR suggesting a ‘new Constitution’ and alleged that it is a ploy to ‘deny reservations for SCs and STs’.

Former Telangana MP Konda Vishweshwar Reddy also hit out at KCR, slamming the Telangana CM for using abusive language. In a tweet, he said, ” The filthy language KCRao used speaking on the Budget, is unbecoming of a CM. He used words in Telugu, when translated is absolutely filthy & disgusting. Telangana is ashamed.”

KCR has slammed Budget 2022, saying it had ‘no direction’, a ‘golmaal’ budget and gave it a ‘big zero’.

He said that the budget introduced by the BJP-led government caused severe frustrations for backward minorities, farmers and the common man while it neglected health and education.

He said that BJP has ‘no shame’ and the party should be drowned in the ‘Bay of Bengal’.

He announced that he would meet like-minded parties and their leaders to ensure the defeat of the BJP in the next general election.
