IndiGo Airlines announced that its flight from Jabalpur to Hyderabad was diverted to Nagpur on Sunday following a bomb threat. The airline stated, “Flight 6E 7308 operating from Jabalpur to Hyderabad was diverted to Nagpur due to a bomb threat. Upon landing, all passengers were disembarked, and mandatory security checks were promptly initiated.” The safety protocols were swiftly carried out, ensuring the security of all passengers and crew members on board.

This incident follows another recent emergency involving an IndiGo flight. Just over a week ago, an IndiGo flight from Bengaluru to Patna made an emergency landing at Nagpur airport after a passenger became critically ill mid-flight. The passenger exhibited unusual symptoms such as intense shaking, loss of consciousness, and body stiffness, leading the authorities to approve the emergency landing on August 23.

Upon landing, the passenger was assessed by medical professionals at KIMS-Kingsway Hospital in Nagpur. A senior official at the hospital reported that the initial diagnosis suggested the patient was suffering from a seizure disorder and was being treated in the emergency department.
