Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank contributes Rs 29.85 Lakh to Army Battle Casualties Welfare Fund

Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank, which is sponsored by the Punjab National Bank has contributed Rs 29.85 lakh to Army Battle Casualties Welfare Fund.  
The Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Punjab National Bank Usha Ananthasubramanian presented a cheque of Rs. 29.85 lakh to Defence Minister Arun Jaitley as donation towards the Army Battle Casualties Welfare Fund. 
 
Financial assistance will be provided to the families of the Army Battle Casualties out of this fund. The amount was contributed by the employees of the Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank.

While accepting the cheque, Arun Jaitley appreciated the concern shown by the employees of the Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank towards the families of the defence personnel who have sacrificed their lives for the country and expressed his confidence that such efforts will be continued by them towards this noble cause.
