As a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, Nippon Paint (India) has collaborated with Rotary Club of Madras to conduct a free medical camp to provide healthcare support for the painters of Nippon Paint. The medical camp was organized at the Community Hall, Sembakkam, Panchayat Union Office Complex, Chennai. More than 50 people from Sembakkam and nearby localities benefited from this initiative, which is the first of four scheduled camps.

A team of 20 doctors including general physicians, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, and ENT specialists from various specialty hospitals rendered their services in the camp. Patients underwent health check-ups by the team of specialist doctors and were given consultations and medicine free of cost.

Talking about the effort, S Mahesh Anand, President – Nippon Paint (India) Private Limited (Decorative Division) commented, “Nippon Paint has a constant commitment for the overall well-being of all its employees.
