PM Narendra Modi inspected the Guard of Honour and reviewed March Past by NCC contingents in Delhi on Friday. He also honoured the best cadets with medals and batons during the event.
In the pictures captured during the event, PM Modi can be seen wearing a rifle-green turban with a red-coloured feather on it.

I am proud that I was also an active member of NCC. Our government is taking several steps to strengthen NCC. A large number of girl cadets participated in the rally, this is the change India is witnessing today,” PM Modi said while addressing the cadets.
Turbans have been a highlight of PM Modi’s sartorial choices at Independence Day and Republic Day events.
