PM Modi Turns 74: Political Leaders Unite to Extend Birthday Wishes

On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 74th birthday, leaders from across party lines extended their heartfelt wishes and greetings. PM Modi, born on September 17, 1950, in Gujarat, received warm birthday messages from political figures, acknowledging his leadership, vision, and dedication to the nation’s development.

President Droupadi Murmu, in her message, hailed Modi’s leadership and innovative approach, wishing him health and happiness. She also highlighted his focus on making India a developed nation.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah described Modi as a leader committed to the welfare of the country, praising his transformative leadership that has elevated India’s global standing.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh called Modi a visionary leader whose policies have improved the lives of millions.

Leaders from the Opposition also extended their best wishes, showing respect for the Prime Minister on his special day. Congress leaders, as well as those from regional parties, joined in the greetings.

As part of the celebration, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) kicked off the annual “Seva Parv” or “Seva Pakhwara” on Modi’s birthday, a two-week initiative dedicated to public service and welfare activities. This event has become a tradition, reflecting Modi’s philosophy of service to the nation and humanity.

BJP chief JP Nadda praised PM Modi’s leadership as an “inspiration for millions of BJP workers”.”I extend my heartiest congratulations on his birthday to respected Shri Narendra Modi ji, the successful Prime Minister, who is dedicated every moment to realizing the mantra of ‘Antyodaya’, dedicated to the service of the nation and the upliftment of the people,” the BJP chief wrote.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde also extended birthday greetings to PM Modi, wishing him “good health and long life”.”Under the leadership of PM Modi, India is moving towards becoming an economic superpower, I wish him the strength to fulfill his resolve of a developed India by 2047. Maharashtra is also making every possible effort to fulfill Prime Minister Modi’s resolve of making the country a 5 trillion economy. I want to say that the 21st century is India’s century because the captain of the country is Prime Minister Modi. I wish him a very happy birthday,” CM Shinde said.
