London, 6th July 2024 – Keir Starmer, the newly elected Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, has unveiled his historic cabinet appointments, marking significant milestones in the country’s political landscape. Starmer, who has assumed office as the 58th Prime Minister, has swiftly made notable appointments, including naming Rachel Reeves as Britain’s first female Chancellor. This historic achievement sees Reeves becoming the first woman to hold the second-highest position in the UK Parliament in 708 years.
