Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday attended the country’s biggest drone show organised at Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Park in Gorakhpur to mark Kakori Balidan Diwas.
The drone show was organised as a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav marking 75 years of independence to pay tribute to all martyrs of Kakori Train Action.
UP CM Yogi also took to Twitter and wrote in Hindi which could be translated as, “Mahant Digvijaynath Park in Gorakhpur lit up today with a grand drone show organized in the memory of the brave martyrs of ‘Kakori Train Action’. Whatever efforts are made to take the immortal saga of those heroes to the masses, it will be less. This nation will always be indebted to their sacrifice.” (sic)
750 drones were used in the show, making it the biggest drone show in the country. Earlier, on December 20, 2021, a show of 500 drones was organised in Lucknow, showcasing the heroic saga of immortal sacrifices.
