BJP leaders shared a video of Rahul Gandhi looking visibly upset on stage at a Bharat Jodo Yatra event and slammed him for his “conduct.”

As Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra enters Haryana, BJP leaders on Wednesday slammed the Congress MP for how he reacted to a crowd on stage at an event held in Rajasthan. BJP leader Amit Malviya tweeted a video of Gandhi where he looks visibly upset and said, “Rahul Gandhi needs lessons in how to conduct himself in public.”

Andhra Pradesh BJP leader Nagothu Ramesh Naidu also tweeted the video and captioned it, “What’s wrong, @RahulGandhi? Why are you so angry?”

The video was purportedly taken at a Bharat Jodo Yatra event in Rajasthan, where the yatra lasted 16 days. In the video, a large crowd can be seen surrounding the Congress leader. A man tried to take a picture with Gandhi, and he seemed to swat away the man’s hands holding the phone.

India Today could not verify the authenticity of the video.

Targeting the BJP, the Congress leader said, “When these people go out to spread hatred in India, people of our ideology go out to spread love and affection.”

The party’s Bharat Jodo Yatra began from Kanyakumari on September 7 and covered parts of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and is now in Haryana. It will end in Jammu and Kashmir.
