A 10-minute drone show on the life of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose has been organised that will be held for three days starting from Friday.

A day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled a statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at Delhi’s India Gate and inaugurated the Kartavya Path on Thursday, a 10-minute drone show on the life of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose has been organised that will be held around 8pm for three days starting from Friday.

Cultural shows have also been lined up at the amphitheaters near India Gate and four stages have been put in place on the Kartavya Path for the drone show. The minister of state for culture will attend the programme.

On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated a 28-foot statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at India Gate, which has been carved from a monolithic block of granite weighing 280 metric tonnes.

The statue replaced a hologram statue of Netaji that was unveiled earlier this year on Parakram Diwas to mark his 125th birth anniversary. He also said that Rajpath has now been renamed as Kartavya Path.
