PM launches historic torch relay for 44th Chess Olympiad

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi launched the historic torch relay for the 44th Chess Olympiad today at Indira Gandhi Stadium, New Delhi. In a resolution in a meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Saturday, the Rajasthan government has demanded the central government withdraw the Agnipath scheme. “The Council of Ministers unanimously passes a resolution that the Agnipath scheme must be withdrawn keeping in mind the larger public interest and the sentiments of the youths,” the resolution says.
