Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal hit out against the bulldozing of encroachments by the BJP in Delhi. He said that 63 lakh people’s shops or houses could be bulldozed and that 80% of Delhi would come under encroachment.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took to Twitter and said the way the BJP was bulldozing people’s shops and houses in Delhi was not right. Calling it the biggest destruction of independent India, he said that 63 lakh people’s houses or shops could be bulldozed.

Addressing the media, the Delhi CM said, “Bulldozers are being run by MCD against encroachment in Delhi. But 2 things are important. One, 80% of Delhi will come under encroachment.”

Second, bulldozers are being run even after people show their papers. This is not right. They’re planning to break the shanty colonies and the slums of Delhi,” said Arvind Kejriwal.
