A multi-agency rescue operation was launched to evacuate 41 workers who were stuck inside the under-construction Silkyara tunnel in Uttarakhand’s Uttarkashi after it collapsed following a landslide on November 12.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday spoke to workers who were evacuated from the Uttarkashi tunnel earlier today.
