Congress leader Sam Pitroda and Rajiv Gandhi Foundation trustee Pyare have also been included in the unfollow. The hearing of the case will be held on 25 April.

Now the question is how did Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi play in this National Herald case? National Herald paper is published by AJL Visited Journals Limited. It is owned by Hakana Young Indian Private Limited. Both Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have a business in this company. This is the reason why HD’s investigation has been brought to him. If Pandit Nehru had accepted Sardar Patel’s words 75 years ago, then Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi would not have been trapped today. He knows the stories.

Vallabhbhai Patel on Jawaharlal Nehru: 'Priceless possession of a free India'

True, Associate Journal was formed in 1937. After this, Jawaharlal Nehru started the National Herald newspaper on 9 September 1938. This was exactly 9 years before independence. Thousands of freedom fighters played an important role in the beginning of this newspaper. There were three newspapers under this, ‘National Herald’ in English, ‘Jeevan’ in Hindi and ‘Qaumi’ in Arabic.

This same National Herald has been newly formed in Republican today. Many people including Congress leaders Gandhi, Sonia and Rahul Gandhi are involved in the National Herald case, who have filed a case in HDFC Bank regarding the money laundering case of Rs 988 crore. There is a difference of opinion about this.

These literary letters were run by Associated Journal YEL AGL. At that time it was also believed that this letter is on the coup of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. The British also banned the publication of this newspaper from 1942 to 1945. That is, this newspaper was not published till 3 years ago.

After the independence of the country, when Pandit Nehru became the Prime Minister, he freed the newspaper Inno from the post of independence. After this, Indira Gandhi’s husband Sonia Gandhi formed her own Board of Transportation Directory. After this, the financial condition of this Associate Journalist AGL gradually deteriorated.

75 years old story

Pandit Nehru’s personal secretary O. M. Mathai has mentioned the story of Sardar Patel and Nehru in his book. It is also mentioned that Chaudhary Gandhi was not very good at running this company. Therefore, this National Herald got stuck in financial crisis. To rescue it from the financial crisis, it was changed to the Remnant Fund Trust. This new trust was also occupied by the Nehru family. The most trusted persons of this trust remained people very close to Nehru and his family.

Claim in whose book

O. M. Mathai had even claimed in his book that a bribe of two lakh rupees was demanded from the credit Maharaja for National Herald. When Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel came to know about this, he petitioned Nehru about it. At that time, this newspaper had received millions of rupees in a year from many big industries in the name of advertisement.

When Pandit Nehru was the Prime Minister, land was also given to build the National Herald office on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg in Delhi. In 1950, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel wrote a letter to Nehru and supported government documents to support the National Herald. Sardar Patel resigned as an assistant to Nehru, while he was apprehensive about its assistants. Decades later, this warning of Sardar Patel is now coming to the fore when the ED is investigating this matter.

Sardar’s warning coming true

What started as a warning letter from Sardar Bhai Vallabh Patel has now turned into a big scam. In this case, the ED has filed a chargesheet against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. It accused Young India Limited of misusing assets worth Rs 5,000 crore under its control and linked to National Herald and its parent company Associated Journal Limited. On May 5, 1950, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel wrote a letter to Nehru expressing concern that National Herald was receiving more than Rs 75,000 from two people associated with Nan Airways.

He informed that the airline had illegally secured a government contract to date the validities of Indian waitresses for the night air mail service. In the same letter, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel warned Nehru that National Herald had accepted money from a delegation to Akhani, which was involved in obtaining night mail contracts for his appointee company. Sardar Patel mentioned that Akhani was also making money technology from companies like Tata and Air of India.

What did Patel write in the letter

The letter further stated that several allegations have already been made in various courts against Nehru to ban Akhani. He claimed that Union Minister Ahmed Kidwai had issued a warning letter to National Herald for misusing his position, including collecting money from the Japan-based ashram. The same day, on 5 May 1950, Nehru replied to Patel in a dress that appeared to be an attempt to placate him. Nehru had mentioned in his letter that he was his Guru Mitra Gandhi.
