Speaking to media persons in the national capital, Kejriwal lambasted the arrest as a product of a “fabricated case,” asserting that the central agencies failed to produce any substantial evidence of corruption against Sisodia.
Sisodia, arrested in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case, completed a year behind bars, prompting Kejriwal to emphasize his innocence. Kejriwal’s remarks underscored the lack of tangible evidence against Sisodia, with the Chief Minister asserting that even after a year, the agencies aligned with the BJP government couldn’t substantiate their allegations with a single rupee of corruption.
Highlighting Sisodia’s pivotal role in reshaping the landscape of education in the national capital, Kejriwal praised his contributions to uplifting government schools and providing quality education to underprivileged children.
