Weather Forecast LIVE: Delhi air quality in ‘very poor category’; cold wave hits national capital

On Monday, the air quality in the national capital remained in the ‘very poor’ category and the overall Air Quality Index (AQI) stood at 381, according to the Ministry of Earth Sciences air quality forecast agency SAFAR. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that the temperatures in Delhi may rise from today, which will give the city some relief from high pollution. The air quality in Delhi remained in the ‘very poor’ category on Monday. However, despite the fog and low visibility, the flight operations were normal at the Delhi Airport.
