Hardoi. A young man committed misdeed by taking an eight year old boy, resident of a village seva in the rural police station area, to the field on the pretext of getting him sugarcane. Other children of the village who were playing informed the family about the incident. The police got the child medically examined. A case has been registered against the accused under the POCSO Act.
A village seva resident boy is a student of class two in the primary school of the village. On Wednesday evening he was playing in a field with other children of the village. Meanwhile, a young man named Guddu Tiwari, a resident of Baijupurva village, reached the spot and lured the boy to pluck sugarcane from the field and give it to him. On this he went to the field with Guddu. It is alleged that during this time the young man raped her. Other children present there, seeing Guddu’s actions, informed the boy’s family about the incident.So he reached the spot. Guddu ran away after seeing his family. After this the police was informed about the incident. On the complaint of the victim’s father itbarilal , the police have registered a case against the accused under POCSO and other sections.
Additional Superintendent of Police East Nripendra said that the child’s medical examination has been done. The accused is being searched.
Guddu Tiwari has been arrested.
