Bhutan imposes 1200 daily fee for Indian tourists

Visiting Bhutan can pinch your pockets as Bhutan’s lower house on Monday passed a legislation that makes it mandatory for visitors from India, Bangladesh, and the Maldives to pay a fee of Rs 1,200 per day for its ‘sustainable development’ from July this year.   The Himalayan kingdom, which is concerned about its ecology and environment, decided to impose the fee following an increase in Indian tourists. Two separate gangs consisting of 2 juveniles were arrested on Tuesday for printing and circulating fake currency notes, police said. The counterfeit notes worth a value of 17.77 lakh were seized. Hospitals on coronavirus alert, two Gurugram residents show symptoms

Hospitals in India are now on high alert as patients suspecting coronavirus are being admitted.
