The soldiers from infantry battalion wrote to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh about their Colonel’s alleged relationship. They wrote that Colonel, while on the post, used to get physical with civilian employees at his office.   The soldiers from the infantry battalion in the complaint had stated that they had made a video clip of the incident after they were victimised by the officer.   Sources said the colonel was stationed in Abohar in Punjab when the incident took place.
