It is a 2 year full-time programme where the first year will involve teaching in government schools and participating in the activities of the Field Institutes of the Foundation. The second year would be focused on capacity building of the Fellows, preparing them for roles they can play in the Field Institutes after completing the Fellowship.

This is an opportunity for them to get to know first-hand about the working environment, challenges and the satisfaction one can get while working to improve the quality and equity in school education in India. It also gives us an opportunity to identify committed and talented people – those who perform well during their Fellowship and are keen to continue, will be welcome to join the Foundation as full-time members.’
