AMIT SHAH TAKES A JIBE AT CONGRESS

Union Home Minister Amit Shah took a swipe at the Congress and said, “Those who can’t hold their party election, are preaching us about democracy.”

Amit Shah also attacked the Congress for imposing emergency “out of fear”.

Referring to Emergency imposed by former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, Amit Shah said, “We are not afraid of any election, but we had a history of how emergency was imposed out of fear.

Talking about the Aam Aadmi Party’s allegations that the government is extending civic polls in Delhi because they are afraid of losing polls, Amit Shah said, “Why should we fear AAP? If they are so confident to win election, they can win election even after six months. Why is there any apprehension?”

Referring to the recently concluded state assembly polls, Amit Shah said, “AAP lost deposit on all seats in UP. They lost all seats in Uttarakhand, they didn’t even go to Manipur. They also lost election badly in Goa.
