Ajit Jogi, the first Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh and a mass leader who dominated the state’s politics for long, died at a private hospital on Friday. He was 74. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today formally launched the facility for instant allotment of PAN cards using Aadhaar-based e-KYC as announced in the Union Budget earlier. The facility is now available for all those PAN applicants who possess a valid Aadhaar number and have a mobile number registered in the UIDAI database. Village in Bihar finds 200 dead bats, swab sample sent to Patna for testing
Tuesday morning saw the large number of bats dead in Bhojpur district of Bihar. Panic and curiosity gripped citizens after the incident was reported.
