Giant rat surfaces in Mexico drain

Workers clearing the underground drainage system in Mexico City were shocked to discover a gigantic rat there. Rajya Sabha passes Second Amendment Bill

The Rajya Sabha on Saturday passed the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Second Amendment) Bill (IBC), 2020 to ensure that fresh insolvency proceedings will not be initiated for at least six months starting March 25 amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
