China hits out as one of American warships sails past a reef on South China Sea

Calling it the “biggest destroyer of peace”, China on Wednesday deployed fighter jets and lashed out at the US, after a frontline American warship sailed past a reef close to the disputed Spratly Islands in the South China Sea (SCS). Afghan women to be banned from playing sport under new Taliban rule
