Decimal Technologies names Shikha Dhillon as the new HR Head

Decimal Technologies has announced the appointment of Shikha Dhillon as the Head of Human Resources. Shikha will be responsible for the complete gamut of responsibilities for the people function including advocacy, advisory, and execution, and lead employee engagement, performance management, sourcing and hiring, manpower planning and other HR initiatives. This appointment indicates the company’s focus on building an encouraging environment for the growing workforce at Decimal Technologies where the best talent is hired and nurtured.

 

Speaking on Shikha’s appointment, Lalit Mehta, Co-founder and CEO, Decimal Technologies, said, “It is great to have Shikha join us as Head of HR. One of BW People’s 40under40 Achievers in 2020, Shikha has extensive experience of over 17 years in HR and has specialized in talent management, leadership & organisation development, performance management, and merger & acquisition projects. Shikha was previously with HT Media where she headed HR for the Radio and Entertainment Business. She has also worked with major organizations like Star TV, Nokia, Computers Sciences Corporation and Tech Mahindra, and brings with her a gamut of cross-industry exposure and learnings.
